Managing Allegations
Delivered by The Safeguarding Alliance, this interactive, online course will explore how to take a systematic approach when faced with an allegation. This course will take place on 30 April 2026 from 8:30-11:30 BST (UTC+1).
Description
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and organisations must maintain an attitude of ‘it can happen here’. It is important that organisations are confident in assessing and managing allegations of abuse against staff and/or volunteers.
Through intense safeguarding crisis management, The Safeguarding Alliance are in a unique position to share our experience and knowledge to support you in your role when faced with an allegation of abuse against staff and/or volunteers.
Our course has been designed to ensure that you take a systematic approach and understand the importance of evidencing when faced with an allegation.
As part of this course, The Safeguarding Alliance will provide you with a managing allegations of abuse policy and other relevant resources aimed to equip you with the confidence when making decisions.

£150
If you are based in the UK, the delegate fee will be liable for VAT. Please email events@cobis.org.uk to process your registration.
