  • Prepare: How to build a proactive, robust crisis communications plan.

  • Respond: Best practices for managing messaging and stakeholders during an active incident.

  • Practice: Apply your learning in a live, virtual tabletop simulation, allowing to formulate responses and debrief with fellow leaders.
