Description
This training session will focus on the unique way in which teaching and learning is facilitated in Early Years Provision. While there is an understanding that there needs to be a balances between Adult led and child led activity, it is vital to recognise how to optimize all aspects of this to ensure that children make progress. Using the contexts for teaching and learning, this session will explore how to develop a 'pedagogical repertoire' and gain confidence in taking professional decisions to support children's learning and development
