Delivered by Karen Ardley Associates, this live, interactive course will enable and inspire leaders and team members to support each other to thrive by understanding how to intentionally develop team effectiveness, nurture wellbeing and foster intercultural sensitivity. It will take place over two sessions of 3h each: 5 February and 12 February 2025.
Description
The current climate demands a special kind of leader with the competence and confidence to create and be part of a thriving team. What do we mean to lead and be a member of a team that thrives? Why is this fundamental to a flourishing organisational culture?
2 x 3-hour workshops - a week apart - Blended approach of facilitated online discussion and online self-study.

Sarah’s experience lies at the nexus of teaching and learning, leadership and professional learning. Over the course of her career, she has strived to foster cultures of coaching and collaborative professionalism. She is committed to developing team process and thrives when collaborating and supporting others to succeed. Sarah is passionate about building capacity at the individual, team and organizational level.
Following her most recent in-school role directing professional development for growth and learning at an international school in Portugal, she spends her time as a consultant, coach and facilitator, supporting leadership, professional learning and school development projects at a local, regional and global level.
