Description
This isn’t for everyone.
But if you’re ready to slow down and lead from a place of greater stillness, presence and calm.
Prologue Online is for you.
It’s a 12-hour course taught over 3 days online for principals and international school leaders who want to lead like a coach:
With permission to let go and do less because others are empowered.
With presence, trust, and meaningful conversations that actually change things.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Create regenerative spaces where real dialogue can happen
-
Ask better questions (and know when to not ask anything at all)
-
Lead meetings that move things forward
-
Build trust. Not through control, but conversation.

Testimonials
I felt I understood more about the power of listening, and the art of questioning. I was able to ask more open questions that allowed a brave space for someone to discuss their problem or celebrate their successes. It was a fantastic opportunity to develop better connections with my team.
It was an incredibly informative and useful course. I learnt so much about the importance of listening and how coaching can be effective. These are things that I really feel I can take back and use with my team. I also feel like I took a lot away from it on a personal level.
