COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders (CPML)
The COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders is a one-year programme for ambitious middle leaders who wish to develop their personal and professional skills.
Description
In 2024/25, CPML cohorts accepting external bookings will run in Athens, Abuja, Bucharest, Lagos, Lisbon, Marbella, Muscat, Riyadh, Rome, The Hague.
Key points about the CPML:
- A 1-year programme for ambitious middle leaders who wish to develop their personal and professional skills.
- A blended learning approach with facilitated workshops and self-directed learning, including five days of face-to-face training events.
- In addition to completing eight modules, participants design, implement and evaluate a Leadership Challenge project within their own school context
- Participants develop their professional network with other COBIS colleagues

Delegate dates and fees
Face to face sessions will take place once in the autumn term and once in the spring term. Delegate fees are based on the location and do not include accommodation, meals, or travel unless stated.
