Drawing from over 1,000 sources and his experience coaching hundreds of men, Ryan will share practice-proven methods for supporting men and boys with their mental health. Whether you want to support your male friends, family, or clients, Ryan will reveal:

Presenter
Ryan Parke is The Men's Coach - a TEDx Speaker specialising in how hormones, lifestyle and goal setting impact male mental health. Having created an evidence-based framework drawing upon over 1,000 sources and his extensive coaching experience, Ryan works with industry leaders, international schools, emergency service providers, and NHS Trusts who want to make support more inclusive, engaging and effective for men.
Alongside his real-world coaching experience, Ryan is also an international award-winning speaker and a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association. He is a trained Mental Health First Aider, Suicide First Aider, and Men's Health Champion, with Samaritans training in suicide prevention.
