Leading for Wellbeing
Delivered by Steph Hawkins, founder of Well Well Well, this course offers school leaders strategies for establishing a sustainable culture of wellbeing throughout their schools. The course will take place over two sessions on 12 November and 19 November from 9:00 GMT to 12:30 GMT.
Description
Wellbeing Intelligence is a critical leadership capability for the 21st century, one that enables leaders to hold wellbeing as a strategic priority for themselves and their teams, allowing them to navigate the challenges of modern educational leadership with greater confidence and clarity. It allows leaders to better understand how and when to support themselves and their teams, empowering them to unlock untapped potential and cultivate systems that nurture human sustainability.
Schools led, at all levels, with advanced Wellbeing Intelligence ultimately create environments in which wellbeing for all is a natural outcome of well-designed work. They become beacons of excellence and care and highly attractive propositions for staff entering or currently struggling in what they know to be a challenging profession.
Built on psychological science and grounded in the realities of school life, this training is practical, actionable and designed specifically for middle and senior leaders working in international schools.

- When is a strength not a strength? Establishing a more nuanced understanding
