Description
Teams are inevitably composed of members who have different skills, beliefs and desires and as such no one-size-fits-all leadership style or approach will win the confidence and trust of all individuals in the team.
This course will examine a number of practical approaches that can be used by middle leaders to develop and motivate individual performers to become team players.
